The best way to do this is outdoors: Sand the frame yourself, oil it and soak the drumhead in a stream or lake overnight. While building, sort out the chaos of the loose ends and then experience the birth of the drum. Then it's time to wait for the element of air to dry the skin. During this phase, you have time to build your own mallet, look for the stick in the forest and stuff the hood expertly or felt the head.
We offer our own drum-making courses with different instructors in the most beautiful natural surroundings.
There are graduated prices for your workshop for larger quantities. Talk to us if you have any questions.
