Sound Meditation with Ma Mer

We invite you to meditate and come to peace using the sounds of the Monochord, Singing Bowls and Tubular Gongs.

Ma Mer's sound room is well suited for small groups. The warm and protected atmosphere allows you to feel comfortable so you can let the sounds in.

After a short introduction, the spherical sounds can easily lead you into a meditative state and silence. You can relax and enjoy, because sounds have a wonderful harmonizing effect on our body, as well as on our mind and soul. They can be like food for the body and help to quiet the mind.

At the same time, Sound Meditations can be experienced like an inner journey, bringing joy and inner peace.

Please bring a blanket for yourself. Mats and meditation cushions are available.
